Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva-Koleva is a certified trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching, recognized by the International NLP Association, the American Board of NLP, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
She is also a professional trainer-consultant on Business Etiquette and International Protocol, certified by EUROPROTOCOL – The European School of Protocol. Her background includes a wealth of expertise in business coaching, business processes management, business communication, inter-cultural communication and presentation skills (public speaking).
Prof. Dr. Ilieva-Koleva is regularly invited as a guest speaker at different academic and business events. She is also the only trainer and educator in Bulgaria combining the fields of NLP, modern business etiquette, international protocol and image management. Among her clients are Microsoft, Sitel, Pepsi, Junior Achievement Bulgaria, Unitcargo, Pipe System Bulgaria, large law firms, and other private and public sector organizations.
Prof. Dr. Ilieva-Koleva is also the Executive director of Law and Internet Foundation – a renowned non-governmental organization working in the field of information and communication technologies law. Currently, she is involved in the development and implementation of numerous national and international projects of the organization, with an abundance of new projects in progress.
She holds an expert in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, a bachelor degree in Business Administration, and a master degree in Marketing.
Furthermore, she holds a PhD in Economics and has acquired a professor title in Administration and Business Process Management with the book “Mentoring: process, guidelines and programs”. Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva-Koleva is a lecturer at the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield, the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, as well as at the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF) and is a former full-time lecturer at the University of National and World Economy. She is an honored and valued asset for these universities, as she provides the most up-to-date education on the topics of business communication, organizational behavior, business management and management of human resources, as well as the so needed relation between business and academia.
