In NLP coaching is not offered as advice for „what to do“; the client is guided through using their abilities and existing strategies, values, etc. Through finding and understanding the important qualities of the client, the NLP instructor can help in maximizing those abilities, making it possible for the client to undertake the necessary actions for achieving of desired results. NLP coaching is concentrated on the ability of the client to use their best strategies in achieving the desired goals and results.

Coaching – this is the self-development in the extreme conditions of the modern world. Work with а client is conducted with their whole personality. Coaching is used as a tool for motivation and attitude adjustments towards what the client is doing now, and engaging the client in thinking towards the realization of following opportunities.

The term coaching was introduced into business-management language in the beginning of the 90s by the English businessman and consultant Sir John Whitmore. In practice, the term coaching includes something more than „preparing, training“. This practice is developed on the basis of psychology, management, philosophy, logic and life experience. It is a process, which aims towards achieving goals in different parts of life.

The main task of coaching is not to teach someone something, but to stimulate self-teaching, which in the process of activity will help a person to find and acquire the necessary knowledge. The nature of this approach lies in the unveiling of the potential, sleeping inside all of us, and pushing into action the systems of motivation of every person.
