Intercultural etiquette

Intercultural etiquette is and should be a goal for every person, who is dealing with international interpersonal relationships.

Being competent is the last stage of intercultural understanding and shows a person’s ability to work effectively in different cultures. Intercultural competency goes beyond knowledge, being informed and being sensitive about it. It is the collection, integration and transformation of all skills and information, acquired through that with the goal of creating a cultural reciprocity in the workplace.
